Return Policy
R.1 Return Conditions
We accept returns for products that have not been damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any accessories, tags, and documentation, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
R.2 Return Procedure
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service at support@steelmanh24race.com within the timeframe specified in section R.1 to obtain return authorization and specific instructions. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
R.3 Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the products, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for any lost products during transit.
R.4 Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the purchase, net of any original shipping costs and return shipping fees (if applicable). Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2–7 business days. Credit times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.
R.5 Products Excluded from Returns
We do not accept returns for personalized products, custom-made items, or sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear). Additionally, gift cards are non-refundable.
R.6 Errors and Defects
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately at support@steelmanh24race.com. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including the shipping costs incurred for the return.
R.7 Product Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer the option to exchange a product directly for another. If you wish to obtain a different item, please proceed with the return of the original item within the timeframe indicated in section R.1 (following the conditions outlined above) and place a new order separately.
